Looking for luxury at the Beach? You've found it. The cottage is modern and the appointments include a screened in breezeway with a private HotTub!
The main living floors are tiled and the 3 1/2 baths contain marble showers and vanities (plus a jacuzzi tub in one Master bath.) The cottage borders the 12,000 sq ft pool and is only a short walk from the beach. In the summer our subdivision even provides a shuttle (really a 8 person golf cart) to the beach.
The first floor contains a bedroom, a bunkroom, the garage, a full bath and a laundry area with washer and dryer. Also on the first floor is a covered screened breezeway containing an outdoor bar and the Private Hot Tub. If you need more space for your group, we adjoin Charlotte's House, a perfect combination for family reunions while still preserving your privacy.
The second floor contains the kitchen, the den and the dining room plus a balcony overlooking the pool and amphitheatre. The kitchen is finished with tile countertops, smooth surface range, dishwasher, microwave and a big Maytag refrigerator with freezer on bottom & ice maker. We really like to cook, so we have outfitted the kitchen with all of the appliances and accessories you need to prepare a great meal (or a great drink!) We even have a Gas Grill on the patio. In the den is a sofa bed plus the Entertainment Center, which contains a 42" 1080P LCD HDTV, DVD player, Stereo VCR, Receiver, TiVO and a Surround Sound System. The house is equipped with free WiFi Internet Access too.
The third floor contains two bedrooms suites. The bedrooms each have a private bath and one also has a private balcony overlooking the greenspace with a view of the pool and the Gulf. Each bedroom contains a Color TV, VCR and CD player as well as a telephone and alarm clock (although these don't see much use!) Here is the view from the Master Bedroom balcony.
Seacrest Beach is located on Highway 30A, next to Rosemary Beach and a short drive to Seagrove, Seaside, Grayton Beach and all of the other beaches of South Walton County. (Show Me A Map)
We are a short walk to lots of restaurants and shops in Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. These include La Cocina Mexican Restaurant, Destin Chops Steak & Seafood, The Summer Kitchen, Blue by Night, Wild Olives Market and Onano. If you want a sports bar with great food, a short distance further away is Shades at the Loop.
